REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
ON-SITE MODALITY: attendance at any of the sessions included in the on-site scientific program. Material reception. Presentation of a maximum of two papers. Publication of abstracts in an electronic book with ISBN and publication of a chapter in an electronic book with ISBN, prior acceptance. Paper certificates.
The capacity of the rooms is limited, varying in each one of them. The number of registered will not exceed the total number of places (sum of the capacity of the rooms).
ONLINE MODALITY: Visualization of the online version of the program that will include some conferences or applied sessions.. Presentation of a maximum of two papers. Publication of abstracts in an electronic book with ISBN and publication of a chapter in an electronic book with ISBN, prior acceptance. Certificates in digital format.
You will choose the on-site modality or the online modality, not being possible to combine both modalities with the same inscription.
Participants with justified reasoning, may request the change of the individual presentation from face-to-face to online. In that case, you must follow the conditions of the online modality. In the case of participation in a symposium, you must manage it directly with the coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that your intervention occurs online at the time and room that corresponds to the symposium. In both cases, it must be requested at the congress secretariat before September 1, 2020.
Cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any kind will be made or under any supervening condition.

CERTIFICATE DELIVERY
Each registered author will receive a certificate of attendance and another / s of presentation of work / s, if applicable. These certificates will be delivered on paper for the participants in the face-to-face mode and in digital format for the participants in the online mode.
The data included in the REGISTRATION FORM and in the PAPER PRESENTATION FORM will be those that appear in the CERTIFICATES and in the PROGRAM. Changes to certificates already issued will have an additional cost of € 20 for each certificate.
Returns
The deadline to cancel any registration is January 13, 2020, at 14:00 hours, and the refund will be made after a penalty of 50 euros applies. From this date and time, the cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no returns of any kind will be made or under any condition ensued, including change of date and presentation only online for justified reasons. If the reason for the cancellation of your registration is due to the non-acceptance of your work proposal, 100 of the tuition fee will be refunded, even after January 13, 2020.
