It is located in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula, in the autonomous community of Galicia and it is possible to reach from different airports such as Vigo Airport (Peinador), the closest to Pontevedra, A Coruña Airport (Alvedro) or Santiago Airport (Lavacolla), as well as Portugal, from Porto Airport (Francisco Sá Carneiro). In addition, it has a collection of gold smithy, unique in Europe, with splendid jewels of more than 4,000 years old, found in the Museum of Pontevedra, and other architectural jewels such as the Basilica of Santa Maria, the Ruinas de Santo Domingo, and the St. Bartholomew’s Church.

On the other hand, we can visit the Cíes Islands, an archipelago located in the province of Pontevedra, at the mouth of the Vigo estuary. The Cíes Islands form the Atlantic Illas National Park: a paradise of paradisiacal beaches and crystal clear waters, with a unique natural enclave in these Galician lands.
